MIND-BODY-SOUL CONNECTION

Yoga is not the only fitness routine when it comes to the mind-body-soul connection. Try: TAI CHI Find your flow through slow-motion movements that promote calm, strength and flexibility. WALKING MEDITATION Walk continuously at a normal pace in an open area. Such as, a park, field or a circular path. Tune out your surroundings. Concentrate on your breath and the sensations in your body. CARDIO DRUMMING With this you will break out a sweat. It encourages coordination, creative expression and focus by using drumsticks and a fitness ball.
