BRUCE SPRINGSTEEN TALKS ABOUT HIS MENTAL ILLNESS Blogger:Being Sane Takes Too Much Work
This is from Bruce Springsteen's memoir Born to Run. It was published in September 2016 by Simon & Schuster. "When I first started to get help for depression and anxiety, I was very uncomfortable. I was 32. I look back and think, What was all the fuss? Now it's something I don't mind talking about. Therapy has been very helpful, along with psycho-pharmacological medicines that allowed me to be more effective in my family life and more present in the world. It's been a huge part of my life experience."
