In a recent AARP survey Four out of Ten people felt they started having trouble remembering names and dates over the past five years. The survey was for forty years of age and older. Out of the 1,500, 98% said it was important to improve their brain health. 54% GAMES PUZZLES HOBBIES 56% EAT A HEALTHY DIET 59% GET ENOUGH SLEEP 56% EXERCISE 65% SOCIALIZE WITH FRIENDS AND FAMILY As far as wisdom and knowledge, more than a third felt these had increased over the last five years.
