BEST: BOSTON    Patriots won 4 Super Bowls since 2001.  Red Sox have won 3 World Series since 2001.  Celtics and Bruins both have a championship a piece.       WORST:CHICAGO  Last title for Chicago Cubs was in 1908.  White Sox and Blackhawks have championships in this century.   BEST:NEW YORK  27 World Series wins as recent as 2009.  Giants have 2 Super Bowl wins in the last decade.  Rangers were in the 2014 Stanley Cup Finals.  Knicks, Mets and Jets are not doing as good.   WORST:CLEVELAND  Indians haven't won a World Series since 1948.    BEST:SAN FRANCISCO  Giants have won 3 of the last 5 World Series.  Warriors are one of the best teams in the NBA. 49er's are looking to rebound after a bad run.    WORST:BUFFALO  Team made playoffs last in 1999.  Sabres are currently the worst team in hockey.  They have no Stanley Cups.
