Healthy breakfast choices

LIGHT BREAD is around 45 calories a slice.  Check for the higher fiber count.  EGG SUBSTITUTE is mostly egg whites and mostly fat-free.  1/2 cup is 60 calories and full of protein.  FROZEN WAFFLES are 170 calories for 2.  Use a light buttery spread on top or fruit.  LOW-FAT CHEESE and LOW-FAT COTTAGE CHEESE are good choices.  Also, OATS.  Make sure it is the slow-cooking type.  ALMOND MILK is 40 calories per cup.  And last, TURKEY SAUSAGE is 60-70 calories each.         Provided by HUNGRY GIRL
