Giving thanks to those before us

Have you ever did research on those individuals who had mental illnesses several years ago?  You owe it to yourself .  Also, you owe it to the patients who helped pave the way to the breakthroughs we have today. We do suffer physically and mentally. But, I doubt any of us has went through the hell most of those have.
