What methods can help me beat daily anxiety to be able to sleep at night?
1) Write down all your worries before you go to sleep and what you can do to solve them. Write down another list of worries that you can't do anything about. 2) Do some deep breathing exercises-breath in slowly through your nose and out slowly for long through your mouth. 3) Avoid TV and any other screen I.e., Laptops, phones for at least an hour before you go to bed 4) Keep your room cool and dark-use blackout curtains if it helps. 5) Visualize a calming happy place that you have visited I.e., a lovely beach or countryside Asked on Quora
