It's Worth It To Be Kind

You benefit from small acts of kindness, says a recent University of Rochester study. Even if their generosity went unnoticed, the subjects felt happier on the days they went out of their way for loved ones. Study author Harry Reis, Ph.D., says "Just doing a good deed, not validation you receive, can make your life feel more meaningful".
