HOW DO YOU FIGHT WITH YOUR SPOUSE? Blogger: Being Sane Takes Too Much Work

Spouses(especially husbands) who rage with anger during a fight are more likely to develop cardiovascular problems, such as high blood pressure or chest pain. Those who shut down emotionally(stonewalling), are more likely to to develop muscular issues, such as, pain in the neck or back. This according to new research from the University of California, Berkeley and Northwestern University. Your way of fighting could be tied to your health issues. All the researchers needed was to study spats that lasted 15 minutes for the outcome of the study. The advice from the researchers is to strive for better communication and the intercession of a counselor if needed.
