The Most Outrageous Requests Hotel Guest Have Made

`Surrealist painter Salvador Dali demanded that a herd of sheep be brought up to his room.  When they arrived, he took out his pistol and shot at them.  Thank heavens the gun was filled with blanks.  Happened at Hotel Le Meurice in Paris.     A guest asked for the following to be in the room when they arrived: a white stuffed-animal, a kitten poster with an uplifting message and gluten-free-kitten-shaped multivitamins.  That type of vitamins could not be found, but guest was happy with "critter"-shaped ones. Happened at Tower23 in San Diego    A mother asked for two small lions for her daughter's birthday party.  Happened at Hotel Plaza Athenee in Paris.   Guest asked for hotel to arrange an actual wedding for her two young collies.  It was complete with a minister, catering and outfits.  The cost was 15,000.  Happened at The Beverly Hills Hotel in Los Angeles.   There was a last minute request for a farm animal at 2:00 A.M.  The star of a film was an old goat that had passed away during the night.  The last scene was scheduled between 3:00 A.M. and 4:30 A.M. before the crew had to fly out.  The concierge did find a replacement.  Happened at The St. Regis Bahai Beach Resort.  A guest asked for one thousand red roses to be spread along the corridor.  He preferred to walk on rose petals instead of the floor.  Happened at Hotel Principe Di Savoia in Milan.   A guest requested a treadmill in his second floor room.  Installation required a window to be removed and exercise machine to be raised by forklift into the room.  Happened at CoWorth Park in Berkshire, England.   An incubator was requested for a guest.  It needed to be large enough to accommodate ostrich eggs. Happened at The Fairmont Copley Plaza in Boston.   A guest sent an item valued at $20 overseas for a $700 shipping fee.  Happened at Kitano in New York.
