According to Huffington Post, more than 1,000 sleep cycle users wake up happiest in these three cities: (1) L.A. (2) Atlanta (3) Austin, MN I was really surprised at LA being number one. The bottom three are: Seattle, WA N.Y. city and Chicago being the crankiest.
