Weight Loss Suggestions

(1)  Eat a lot of vegetables.  Non-starchy veggies.  Those with plenty of fiber and water will make you fill full for hours.  Suggested amount is 2 cups for lunch and dinner.  (2)  Strike starch at dinner.  Completely omit starch- bread, rice, pasta, potatoes from your evening meal.  Eat whole-grain pasta or sweet potatoes instead.   (3)  Drink 2 8oz. glasses of water before each meal.  It fills you up with liquid volume so you eat less.        Info by Joy Bauer
