Upside-down Pumpkin Pie

1 can of pure pumpkin   1 can of fat-free evaporated milk   1/2 cup of egg substitute   2/3 cup of sugar   2 teaspoons of pumpkin pie spice  Mix   Use non-stick spray on a pie dish.  Cook for 45 minutes at 350 degrees.  Chill for 2 hours.  Crush some low-fat cinnamon graham crackers.  Put on top of pie.  Last put on fat-free whipped cream.        Holiday show of Hungry Girl
