Taking care of the brain
By the year 2050, there will be 5 million to 14 million Alzheimer cases. 50% of late onset Alzheimer patients could have been prevented by life-style changes and treatment of chronic medical conditions. Start adding leafy greens to your diet: spinach, kale, and Swiss chard. Baby spinach is a good base for salad. Wilt some spinach into a pot with penne. Add marina sauce. Also make kale chips. Put kale pieces on a baking sheet. Liberally mist with oil(canola or olive oil). Bake for 8-10 minutes at 400 degrees. Also, berries are good for your brain. They have flavonoids compound that may enhance memory.
