Pumpkin-Chia Oatmeal 280 calories 8g protein

Prepare 1/2 cup of dry oats with 1 cup of water.  Add- 1/2 cup pumpkin puree, 1-2 teaspoons of maple syrup, 1 teaspoon chia seeds, 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract, and 1 tablespoon of chopped nuts.
