Cincinnati Chili

80% lean ground beef  1 can of tomato paste  1 tablespoon of minced garlic   1 tablespoon of cocoa   stir together  add 2 teaspoons of chili powder  1/2 teaspoon of cinnamon     1  15oz. can of beef broth   1 tablespoon of apple cider vinegar  Cover for 20 minutes  Enjoy!   2-way chili  put chili on top of spaghetti noodles   3-way chili  add cheddar cheese   4-way chili  add onion    5-way chili  add red beans to all the rest           Sandra's Money Saving Meals
