Double-O-Cinnamon Apple Breakfast Bowl App. 180 calories

One Fuji apple-chopped    1/2 cup of fat-free cottage cheese    one package of sweetener    Cinnamon   Drop of vanilla    Mix  all ingredients except apple.  Apple slices go on top with a sprinkle of more cinnamon.          Courtesy of Hungry Girl     Food Network
