Do you know an average what we are taking in on any given week? You will be surprised.

According to Joy Bauer of Food Remedies    We take in 42 slices of bread (refined white starch)    6 sticks of butter(fat)        3 cups of sugar       10 1/2 teaspoons of salt   This is why 2/3 of adults are overweight or obese.  Also her researched has discovered, by the year 2020, 1 out of every 2 people will have pre-diabetes or full-fledged diabetes.
