Dessert Island Parfait

1 banana cut into half     6 oz. of fat-free vanilla yoghurt    3 drops of coconut extract    1/2 cup fresh or frozen mango         1/2 of the yoghurt goes into parfait glass   then 1/2 of the banana sliced then the 3 drops of coconut extract    half of the mango   then rest of the yoghurt  rest of banana  mango  spray non-fat whipped cream   top it off with shredded coconut
