PB and J Yoghurt Parfait App. 205 calories

3 large strawberries or 1/2 cup       6 oz. of fat-free strawberry yoghurt      Put half on bottom of parfait glass (or like in my case any glass)  Then half of the strawberries.  You will need 1/2 cup of peanut butter cereal which you will use half of this for the middle layer.  Chop 1 teaspoon of peanut butter chips.  Again, half will go for the next layer.  Finish layering with the rest.   Enjoy!           Recipe by Hungry Girl on Food Network
