Tips for eating healthier

Nuts are good for us as long as we eat a small amount.  Buy portion control bags to help from eating too many.  Bananas, tuna in pouches, and low-fat yoghurt all make good snacks.  If having snack bars, make sure they have 150 calories or less.  They should have at least 3 grams of fiber.  Bars that are 300 calories or more are not recommended.  Flavored water is fine if 20 calories or less.  Make sure microwave popcorn is 94% fat-free and around 90 to 100 calories.  Oatmeal for breakfast will start your day off healthy.  Believe it or not, beef jerky is good as a pick-me-up.  Tips were from Hungry Girl.
