Helpful vitamins

Omega-3 fatty acids (salmon, walnuts, kiwi) can help improve learning and memory.  They also help fight against depression, mood disorders, schizophrenia, and dementia.  Folic acid (spinach, orange juice, and yeast) with or without other B vitamins has been known to enhance the effects of anti-depressants.  The opposite, a low level, will cause depression.  The B vitamin group (chicken, tuna, and salmon) will help with anxiety.  Credit to UCLA research
