Did you know?

Fried foods, high glycemic carbs, unrefined sugars, alcoholic beverages contribute to anxiety. With general anxiety, coffee may be helpful.  Caffiene may reduce stress and improve mood.  It is recommended in low amounts.  If you have panic attacks, avoid coffee.  Seaweed, blueberries, acai berries, peaches, almonds, chocolate (especially dark) help reduce stress and help to maintain a balanced mood. And, of course, drinking alot of water. (How many times have you heard that?)  Well, research has found dehydration does cause more anxiety.      For more info, I found this at Calm Clinic
